About Our School

What Makes Us Special

Our school has a dedicated teaching staff that works diligently to help children be successful. We offer an integrated curriculum where reading, writing, math and science lessons incorporate each of the other subject matters.

Our teachers and staff differentiate instruction to assure each student is successful within instruction tailored to his or her specific needs. We give students an opportunity to integrate many different and authentic experiences into their learning.

We offer band, orchestra, before- and after-school tutoring, sports, art classes, STEM classes, and more.

Teachers collaborate with each other to ensure that students are getting the skills and knowledge they need to be successful.

Mrs. Lenard and the Three Amigos
Mrs. Lenard is the new Exceptional Ed primary teacher for Whitmore. She retired from TUSD after 20 years and is back now doing what she loves!
Her students love watching and learning how to care for the "Three Amigos": Ned, Dusty and Lucky, Mrs. Lenard's fish friends.
